How to Measure the Wire Cloth

● Mesh size The numbers of openings in per inch, about 25.4mm, refer to above

● Aperture size, which also refer to opening size,It refers to the measurement of the net open space between parallel adjacent wires. Opening size = 25.4 mm ÷ number of grids-wire diameter Pitch = opening size + wire diameter; or 25.4mm÷number of grids Opening area%=(opening size) 2÷(opening size + wire diameter) 2×100

● Wire diameter, Specify the diameter of the wire before weaving. Under the same mesh number, when the wire diameter is different, the opening size and opening area will change significantly.
